At CTC Communications, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

    Label and Ship

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
